Koby Kempel, CEO of Pegasus Custom Homes, is a master builder and project manager with more than 40 years of experience in construction management and development. Having built over 500 homes internationally, as well as throughout Boston, Cambridge and the greater metro area, and now Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley, Koby brings a level of expertise, scale, and versatility that few builders can match.

Koby has overseen every aspect of the design and build process, from conceptual planning and architectural coordination to meticulous interior and exterior execution. His diverse portfolio spans homes from the mid-1800s through the early 1900s and includes a wide range of styles, from Victorian and Georgian to Colonial and Modern. This breadth allows him to approach each project with authenticity, artistic precision, and a deep respect for both heritage and contemporary needs.
